A small number of people with congenitally weak pelvic floor muscles may have this phenomenon even if they have not given birth. In addition, women who suffer from constipation, asthma, cough, and those who lift heavy objects for a long time are also at increased risk.<\/p>\n

There are various symptoms of pelvic floor organ prolapse, depending on the location and degree of prolapse, but common ones include protruding lumps or heavy discomfort in the lower genitals, low back pain, or pain in sexual intercourse. Some people feel that they cannot urinate completely. If even the rectum falls out, they will feel that the stool is not clean. Usually the symptoms are relieved when lying down or in the morning, and it is more obvious when standing or at night. Some patients worry about whether they have gynecological cancers, such as cervical cancer or vaginal cancer. A small number of patients can also choose some uterine-preserving repairs, such as Manchester repairs, after evaluation by doctors. Although these operations can preserve the uterus, it is not recommended to conceive after the operation.<\/p>\n

Since the patient's pelvic tissue has been damaged, the remaining organs may still prolapse even after the operation is completed. Therefore, the patient must change his daily habits at the same time, such as avoiding lifting heavy objects, preventing constipation and long-term coughing.
